Clearing a Bench Warrant in Berkshire County
Act fast if you have a bench warrant in Berkshire County. Warrants do not expire in Massachusetts. They stay active until a judge recalls them or you are brought in. The longer you wait, the worse it gets. An active bench warrant can cause problems at traffic stops, airport checks, or any run-in with police in the state.
