If your case is more serious, it may have gone to Middlesex Superior Court. There are two locations for superior court in the county. The Woburn Superior Court is at 200 TradeCenter, and the Lowell Superior Court is at 370 Jackson Street. Call the clerk at either location to check on a felony bench warrant. Under M.G.L. c. 276, § 2, every warrant must be in writing and signed by a judge or clerk-magistrate.
